“Im Sam Santos, 21 years old fashion design student from Belo Horizonte. The concept of this project was a study of curves from architecture and abstract art.The garment is made of 100% cotton in which i hand painted and pressed the fabric to give the false illusion of leather, I also photographed the garment in my school studio with a vintage 1980s camera with a black and white film and a vintage Kodak pro image 200 iso. The photos were interfered with alcohol first as an accident in which I was imideately intrigued with the colors and effect it had with the photographed paper, none of the photos where edited on photoshop simply scanned.”
